By using or engaging in our business consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which outline all responsibilities, limitations, and expectations between the consultant and the client. These terms apply to all consulting engagements, whether strategic, operational, managerial, or advisory in nature. Our goal is to provide expert guidance, but the success of the consulting relationship depends on mutual cooperation and adherence to the standards mentioned here.
Scope of Services
Our consulting services include business analysis, strategy development, process improvement, market research, business planning, and other professional advisory activities. The exact deliverables will be defined in the proposal or agreement shared before the start of the project. Although we strive to deliver accurate and effective solutions, consulting services are advisory in nature, and actual implementation results depend on external conditions and the client’s commitment.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide complete, accurate, and timely information so that recommendations and strategies can be developed effectively. This includes access to relevant documents, internal data, team members, and any required resources. Delayed responses, incomplete information, or failure to cooperate may impact project timelines and the quality of results. The client acknowledges that the consultant’s effectiveness is directly influenced by the information provided.
Fees & Payment Terms
All consulting fees—whether fixed, hourly, milestone-based, or on a monthly retainer—must be paid as stated in the invoice or written agreement. Payments are generally non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and effort invested in each project. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services or additional charges. The client agrees to clear all dues for work completed, even if the engagement is terminated early.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the consulting engagement. We do not disclose financial data, business plans, operational details, or any private information to third parties unless legally required. All documents and insights shared by the client remain protected. Likewise, the client must maintain confidentiality regarding consulting methods, strategies, and proprietary frameworks used by us.
